The Dueling System is outlined in the Rules section of the Academy, and can be found here:

The Points and Experience System

To sum it up, these are the points earned per battle:
BATTLE AGAINST WHITE
3rd Class - WIN +10
2nd Class - WIN +12
1st Class - WIN +15
Firstmaster - WIN +18
Grandmaster - WIN +20

BATTLE AGAINST GREY
3rd Class - WIN +15
2nd Class - WIN +17
1st Class - WIN +20
Firstmaster - WIN +23
Grandmaster - WIN +25

BATTLE AGAINST BLACK
3rd Class - WIN +20
2nd Class - WIN +22
1st Class - WIN +25
Firstmaster - WIN +28
Grandmaster - WIN +30

BATTLE AGAINST RED
Chaos Knight - WIN +50
