Few questions... What does sunctioned mean xD... What is the point of this thing?

Sunction = Punished/Penalized

DCA RANKING is your ranking here in DCA. Rankings go on from 1 being the highest and so on and each groups are divided with the top tier duelists being Class A and so on and each Class Division will occasionally have tournaments and we will be giving out prizes for the winners. As for DCA SEASONAL WORLD CUPS, your DCA RANKING also gives you an edge. For instance the top 2 duelists in each Class Division will automatically Advance to the next rounds of the tournament and if not will be given the option to select their 1st opponent for the CUP. That is majority of what you all need to know
