hey i have suggestion why dont we have Weekly Creative Deck Construction Competition! is it good

Well maybe we could have a discussion on different decks each week and create one for the whole academy... Wait that might be a great idea... a whole deck which the academy could make and then fix and use too

fine by me. but im having a ton of trouble building my spellcaster deck in multiple sets.

You need a trap to save you from OTKs

Just needed to make room for a Mirror Force

Something useful for the 2nd turn
Terraforming:
Helps you get a Geartown from your deck
Dark Bribe:
I think this is a useful card, especially when you're heading for an OTK and your opponent activates a Mirror Force
Dimensional Prison:
Same reason as Mirror Force
Imperial Custom:
Saves your DNA Transplant
Chimeratech Fortress Dragon:
Now that all monsters on the field are Machine-Type (with the help of DNA Transplant), you can grab all strong monsters your opponent controls
Evolzar Dolkka:
You need 3 but I have no more space in the Extra Deck

Extra Deck Changes:
-1 for: Evolzar Dolkka, Shock Master, Utopia and Steelswarm Roach
Need space for more helpful monsters

Just to help you eliminate 2 monsters at a time
