[*UPDATED*] Ranking List + Hall of Fame + Sub Ranking System

~Hall Of Fame Details:
As it Says Duelists Who Win Tournaments, Winning Streaks, Most Wins, Highest DP, All First Time Memorable Moments Will be Posted on this Thread for Others to See and Earn Bragging Rights! xD

~Ranking List:
A Overall Ranking List To See Who The Best Duelist on the Site is the method of ranking will be a huge site tourament in which the person who comes first will be ranked KING and second will be First and so on and so on and then after the initial rankings are set it will change so that you can challenge up to anyone 3 levels above you for example if your level 10 you can challenge the rank 7 person in order to get their position However if you win and they become 10 if they loose the challenge the KING you must be Rank 1 since KING and Rank 1 is totally separate. Good for overall competitivness and will make duelists become better and inspired through compeition also if you hold the KING Spot for say a week or somthing prizes can be given and so can a mention in the Hall of Fame. Also If your are challenged you MUST Accept the Duel since this will prevent people from Hogging the Spots on the rankings and hogging the KING Spot by rejecting all Duels ~ Somthing similiar to that details are not decided yet.

~Sub Ranks:
Ok so we all know what dorm were in? But that just seems boring how about we give out Sub Ranks within the dorms for example:
Duelist Name: Duelist X
Duelist Dorm: Ra Yellow
Duelist Rank: Master
Duelist Site Rank: 15th
Or Somthing like that Could be more fun as they can try and have there sub rank increased along with there sit rank the rank names are still to be decided as im making this thread before bed time ^^

POWER OF THE KING:
The KING Will Get a Black Coloured name on the chat box and A Avatar and Siggy Made by the GFXER Of Your Choice Also a "MARK OF THE KING BADGE" Access to the "Kings Quarters" A Seperate Room from the Dorms For the King Himself Only And the Top 5 On The Rankings to View.

MARK OF THE KING:
All people who have Obtained the KING Position will get 1 "Mark of the KING"

KINGS SAKAI: This tournament will not be in tradition Tournament layout it will be a Battle of the Kings Only Dueling and Wagering the're "Mark(s)" After one Person has obtained all the Marks he will be Titled as One Of The Best Duelists To have come down on this site. Once You have 0 Marks Left You are No Longer In The Tournament.

Dorm Tournament Prize Money:
100Dp For Winning Slifer
150DP For Ra
200Dp For Obelisk

Dueling Teams Ranking LIst:
Same as the Ranking List just with Teams, This will also include the Tournament of Marks just like the same scenerio with teams, Strongest Team = King OF Teams Same Challenge System and EArning Marks but Maybe If you 16 Teams have Gained The Mark The Team Sekai Tournament will be help Exactly the same as King Sekai.

National War Team:
We should also pick the top 5 duelists to represent us in war with other acadameys that would be intresting too as others could try and get into the team

we have a "national war team" we have gone to war twice now in your absences. please read everywhere before you make suggestions..... we have DCA teams, although they will have to be remade due to the rise and fall of certain people, we legit have everything you just posted just our version.....

I am currently fixing the DCA World Rankings so your rankings wont really be needed....
