battle city

This is something I have been thinking about quite often. A monthly tournement called Battle City. It could be like, any xavier black allowed to enter automatically.Then the xail white and xerxes grey can enter the Battle City qualifier's. So a tournemnent with the white and grey like say the top half of them make it into battle city. Then the actual battle city has the winning half of the qualifiers, and all the entered xavier black. Then the winner can get like duel points or something. Needless to say, it wouldn't be too effective at this stage of the site.. but if this duel academy rises in popularity then it could work well.l
