Role-Playing (Ill have an Admin make an actual RP forum, but itll stay here for now)

Here's an idea I got from another academy. We all love the game, so why not tell a story about it? A role-playing story to be exact. Here's how it works:

1. People interested create a reply that decribes the "character" they will play as.
2. Once everyone has signed up, then the story can start. The Interactions between characters can take place on the thread, the chatbox, DN, or any combonation thereof.
3. The story itself will be decided by NPC's, and myself, and will be posted here. I will recruit NPC's to help me at a later time.
4. This is basically "make your own anime" so make it real, but not too real that it'll stop being fun if I make the story unbelievable.

The story will be mainly a serious Drama, surrounded by darkness and mystery. However, that does not mean that it has to be strictly a drama. Romance, Comedy, and plot twist can all be made by you. For romance, make sure you have the approval of the guy/girl you are hitting on.

Description: Obvious, your persons physical appearance is here, make him wear whatever you want, and please, go overboard, I want lavish descriptions, dont just say "a guy with black hair" desribe his clothes, his face, etc.

Personality: Again, self explanitory. This is what your character tends to act like alone and around other people. Is this person a social butterfly, or an akward, angry, cynical person? again be descriptive.

Main Deck: You know how everyone in the Anime has there own specific deck? Yeah, thats what this is. Post what deck(s) you plan on using, and what types of cards make it up. (DWs, Sams, no deck is banned).

Gaurdian Spirit: Does your character have a gaurdian monster? If so, who is it? (this section is optional)

Personal Biography: What was your character like before the story started? What major things did (s)he do in his/her life?

Finally, keep in mind that the story takes place in a duel academy (like in GX), settled deep in a dark forest. The characters who are coming are seeking a better education, and hear that this academy has some of the best teachers in the world. This academy takes the form of an ancient castle, dark and mysterious, and has been around since the idea of duel academies has. Keep in mind, does your charater want to be here? Is (s)he willing to explore the castle, or the forest, neither is better than the other, they are both dark and creepy beyond words at night..... The sign-ups are here. I also need a staff for the academy, dont apply for staff unless you believe you are good enough to actually earn this job if you applied for it in real life, if Duel Academies existed. Now that that information is done....

He lives with his Grandma and Grandpa, because he doesn't know where his parents are or if they are still alive. How he entered The Royal Academy of Dueling Secrets is that he was playing in a tournament in his town ( Not a big tournament just one in his town) and that he won the Tournament. Then there came a man that say ''You have lot of potential why not go to The Royal Academy of Dueling Secrets? If you go there you will become even more powerfull!'' And that he did, he said goodbye to his Grandparents and left for The Royal Academy of Dueling Secrets so that he would become even more stronger and hopes someday to know what happened to his parents.

Personality: he doesn't really socialize much, just hangs out in his room or in the forest. Very secretive about his business and always does the same things he did the day before.

When this card is destroyed by a card effect, place 1 Life-Force counter on it instead of sending it to the graveyard. When there are 3 or more Life-Force counters on this card, change it to Defense position and it loses 2000 Def and ATK. When this card is destoyed by battle, destroy cards on your side of the field equal to the amount of Life-Force counters on it. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can Special Summon 1 level 5 or lower Life-Force monster from your graveyard in Defense position, it cannot attack or change battle position until your next Standby Phase.

Personal Biography: No one really knows why he came the academy or why he is always repeating the day before. Some of his dorm mates have seen him in the forest just walking around but don't know why. Rumor is that he was sent there to observe the skill of certain students by a secret organization that is gathering skilled duelists for some ritual or act that may change the world as we know it.

Personal Biography: he wishes to become one of the best duelist here, he has no family and he has only won about 10 duels in his life, and he has never ever won a tournament.

Description: Jishin is about 5' 6" and has jet black hair that he usually ties in a ponytail. His eyes are an electric blue and his skin is a light caramel. He wears a Samurai Kimono that is entirely white and is bordered with cyan. He usually wears western(American) black combat boots.

Personality: Jishin is an ambitious kid who enjoys learning more about dueling and life through his interactions with other. He usually tries to get along with everyone and attempts to help anyone he can.

Effect: Once per turn this card cannot be destroyed by battle. As long as this card remains face up on the field "Six Samurai" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by a card effect that does not target a "Six Samurai" monster specifically. When this card is removed from the field destroy all Spells and Traps on the field.

Bio: Jishin is an orphan who grew up obsessed with only two things, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Samurai. After hearing about the academy he left for it to perfect both of them. He strides to become the best he can be and to make friends.

Description: black cloak (mainly on duels but can wear any casual clothing), piercing eyes, (hidden) total red with black cornea eye on my right.

Personality: mysterious characteristic, calm and steady

Gaurdian Spirit: a ghost who always having conversations with me on peacefull times ( like dreaming and such).

Personal Biography: As i first knew, i was created by a spell to become a henchman of the chaotic kingdom and long trained to be 1 of their spellcaster guild. but at times of sleep, i dream of peace that never occured to me and change my life to have emotions and curiousness. as they tested us, i suddenly hear a voice (which is my ghostly companion that I known of today) from my utter destruction that given me the urge of desperation and teleported to this silent forest after from my last battle. thou this forest reminds me of my peacfull dreams. and walked upon it to ravel this unknown world. 10 years have passed since from my arrival here and now, i have become a normal human and all (still a spellcaster). I got picked-up by a duelist to join this academy. hopefully that any beings from my realm came to find me nor to invade this dimension. if they do, guess who's gonna sending them back, just a sorcerer to kick their buttocks.
