That is what the Masters do. You can't just ask for rank, when we have something that needs someone who can do a specific task, they are hired for it.

You only showed me a few banners, and I felt like they didn't fit in with the overall theme. Don't take it personally, its not a big deal. If you don't want to be a designer that is fine, but we can't just make a new rank for you.
