Mine used to be Fire, back in the days of the first few structure decks. But Water is now my new favourite. Light & Dark are waaay too overrated. Water has plenty of gems.

Levia-Dragon is a Judgment Dragoon for 1 Release. Codalus works well too for the same purpose, give or take.
Skreeech can dump Treeborn and, until recently, Fishborg. You can take advantage of effects like Lekunga and Fenrir.
Deep-Sea Diva is an affoardable alternative to Tourguide, and can be used with Red Deamon's to Accel Synchro into Scar Red Nova.
