To be granted the privilege to host an Academy-sanctioned tournament, that is one with prizes, you must pay 1000 DCA Points to the academy in order to be granted a "Tournament License."
Once you have a Tournament License, you can host as many tournaments as you'd like with these prizes:
1. DCA Points
2. Experience
3. Graphics
But can NOT alter these:
1. Rank
2. Dorm
All prizes must be agreed upon by the Admins - as in, you can't host a tournament that gives out 100,000 DCA points just because you have the license!
