| Welcome to the first ever Prestige Tournament! Winner wins: 250 DCA Points; +200 Experience; Gold Medal 2nd place: Silver Medal 3rd place: Bronze Medal RULES: 1. Single Elimination. 2. 3-match duel; winner is best-of. 3. Switching decks between matches is allowed. 4. Fight in ADVANCED room. 5. BANNED DECKS: Exodia, Burn decks, Mill decks, Stall decks, Empty Jar decks. 6. I dont see why they wouldnt be, after all, I know of at least three people in the tourney that use OTK decks, Myself included. If thats your strategy, I say go for it! but have a backup strategy in case your OTK doesnt work. | |
