Well consider it like this; a duel is a single game of yugioh. A match consists of two or more duels. If what it is saying is correct o.O you win a 3 game match with one duel by using Victory Dragon for the final blow, no way of course, I would've banned that card myself. LMAO just f**king with you, I personally think that it is useless but maybe like the dude from the Yugioh 5D series with the card where you can still play even after your life hits zero(forgot the name of the deck,person,and other related info) it was meant to counter that. But I think it was meant to f*k Kiba's Battle City Tourney xD

so u saying it is just used for final blows, yep this card is stupid and it needs 3 tributes XD
