I suggest the Leaders of each dorm should get together and discuss how their dorm is doing at least once a week. I had a thought of that and everyone within a dorm below the Leader of the dorm at least once a week- twice update the Leader on how things are going so far and of course if they have any questions they can ask anyone. something along the lines of these ideas.

This idea has potential, except for one thing. Kaiser and I are on the chatbox almost everyday, so the idea of getting together once a week seems kind of redundant, as we can just talk on the chatbox.
