the rules is this

(Rules)
1.The Image maxium size can only be 126x90
2.Make sure it is tasteful!Make sure its tasteful.I do not want anything that is graphic.
3.You can only enter one Emoticon!PER WEEK
4.You Have 3 Days to get in youre smiley's everytime the next one starts!
Also,If youre emoticon is a bit to big or you dont know how to cut out white or any backround(Please try!) I will do it for you.
